Vehicle Impact Damage – Epping
Late on a Saturday evening an out of control vehicle has collided with the residence at Epping causing considerable structural damage to the property fence, garage and pergola.
Emergency “make safe” repairs were conducted including fencing off the property, propping up of the garage and removal of the damaged pergola roof to reduce the risk of further damage and public safety. Tradesmen were engaged immediately to carry out the demolition. The garage door was removed and measured for replacement allowing for the brickwork to commence virtually straight away. Once the brickwork was re-built the new door garage door was installed, followed by rendering and painting to complete the repair works.
A combination of trades were organised at short notice, repairs commenced and completed in short time frame resulting in a positive outcome for all parties.

Fire Damage – Kenthurst
What seemed to be a small residential house fire couldn’t be contained and came extremely close to destroying this entire Kenthurst residence. The family of five were moved to temporary accommodation while the restoration / rebuilding operation got under way.
It took a massive effort by all staff to clean the remains from the fire and the considerable water damage from the attempts at extinguishing it.
After the official investigations were carried out, the site was secured and prepared for construction works to begin. The entire house was demolished down to concrete slab level for our team of tradesman to re-build the entire house back to its original state prior to the fire.
Over a 4 month period the residence was brought back to former self with all the family relieved that they were back in their own home, putting an end to an experience that no one should ever have to go through.

Fire Damage – Strathfield
The fire in this Strathfield residence spiralled out of control, nearly obliterating the entire structure. Temporarily relocated, the family of four anxiously awaited the commencement of the restoration and rebuilding operations.
The fire suppression efforts resulted in substantial water damage, necessitating a herculean task for our dedicated staff to rectify the aftermath.
After completing the necessary official investigations, the site was secured and prepared for the upcoming construction endeavours. With the exception of the reinforced and stabilized brickworks, the entire house was demolished. Our skilled team of tradesmen painstakingly reconstructed the dwelling, restoring it to its former glory prior to the devastating fire. Additionally, we crafted an expansive opening at the rear of the house, seamlessly merging the kitchen, lounge room, and living area, accompanied by a generously sized deck offering panoramic views of the pool.
Over the course of six months, the residence underwent a remarkable transformation, reclaiming its former grandeur and boasting an enhanced kitchen/lounge area, complemented by the newly added deck. With a collective sigh of relief, the family returned to the sanctuary of their own home, finally closing the chapter on an experience that no one should ever have to endure.

Tree Fall Damage – Willoughby
During a violent storm, strong winds blew over this large tree, impacting with the large concrete arbour that makes up part of the pool.
An ‘Emergency Make Safe’ was required to remove the large tree. We engaged our tree lopper immediately and with access to the property being very tight, it made for quite a challenge to not cause any further damage.
The pool was covered to minimise the sawdust that may drop into the pool, the tree was then removed and the pool was given a thorough clean.
The concrete arbour had to be repainted to match the rest of the existing structure, ultimately putting it back the way it was prior to the storm.

An out of control vehicle has collided and caused considerable structural damage to this property on Sydney’s Lower North Shore in Gladesville.
Emergency ‘make safe’ repairs were conducted including fencing off of the property, propping up of the house roof and removal of the building materials to reduce the risk of further damage and public safety.
The home was boarded up so as the owner only had access and a combination of Carpenters, Roofers, Bricklayers, Landscapers and Painters were organised at short notice to carry out repair works to this old federation property and repairs commenced in a short time frame to bring the house back to its former self.
Trades were engaged. Bricks were sourced to match existing and there was a lot of detailed joinery to be carried out internally and externally to bring the home back to its former self prior to the incident. Our painters and landscapers completed the works in a short timeframe, leaving the home owner very happy with the process.
